Official mobile gateway for Uzbekistan’s internal affairs services
Manage traffic fines, request official certificates, and reach emergency hotlines from a single mobile interface, all without visiting an office. Developed by Ozbekiston Respublikasi Ichki Ishlar Vazirligi for Android, IIV UZ groups ministry news, public-safety information, and digital government services into one portal. It targets citizens, residents, and foreign nationals who need direct access to police services and administrative documents through their phones.
Centralised access to official public-safety data
IIV UZ aggregates ministry-maintained records, giving users direct lookups for missing persons, wanted individuals, and official briefings. The app presents ministry news and statements in real time, and exposes searchable lists that match the Ministry of Internal Affairs’ databases. For anyone needing authoritative, ministry-sourced information without intermediaries, the app removes the need to consult multiple separate websites or printed bulletins.
Completes common administrative workflows on mobile
The app supports door-to-desk tasks remotely: users can check and settle vehicle fines, submit electronic applications and complaints, and request certificates such as criminal-record checks and address documents. Workflows include form submission routed into the ministry’s processing pipeline, and status tracking for applications. These capabilities reduce in-person steps by moving typical administrative interactions into a digital workflow.
Identity, security, and emergency response functions are embedded
Authentication is tied to the national OneID system, which enforces secure sign-in for access to personal records and e-government services. Emergency tools include quick-dial access to 102 and a panic button for immediate contact with response services. The combination of national identity verification and direct emergency links shows a design focus on authenticated actions and rapid incident reporting.
Location services and local communication channels aid locality tasks
Map and directory features locate nearby police stations and inspectors, and the app provides direct digital channels to local prevention inspectors. That geography-aware setup helps users find relevant local offices and contact points without memorising phone numbers. The app’s structure suits individuals addressing neighbourhood-level issues or pursuing local administrative procedures.
Who benefits and who should look elsewhere
IIV UZ suits residents and visitors who need direct, ministry-validated access to internal affairs services and who can use national identity login. It supports routine administrative tasks and locality-based reporting, but it does require acceptance of a government-managed portal and identity authentication. Those who prefer alternative verification or entirely offline procedures should plan for traditional, in-person channels instead.
